the long overdue update

well, it's been a wacky year i guess. i haven't gotten a minute to slow down and update this thing until about two weeks ago, and by that point i couldn't remember my login info for anything, but now i've gone through all the hoop jumping and what not, so, i'm back. this year hasn't really been that wacky, more like unbelievably difficult and trying... first, i got out of a pretty amazing relationship with a really amazing girl, then i hit rock bottom about 4 months later and moved back home and dropped out of school for semester, and now i'm living with my grandmother at least until next month, when i try take 2 of an independent life. I think that failure has taught me the importance of effort, and of course the importance of success. so, now, i'm determined to be independent more than ever, but the difference is that, now i know that no matter how independent you are, it's always okay to ask for help and to give help, even when you're not asked for it. so, this will be my year of change. i guess 21 is the perfect age for that, if 20 was the perfect age for learning how to change yet, stay yourself. i'll be posting again soon.
