Kevin Bacon is well known for his role in movies ranging from Footloose to Apollo 13; Bacon has also been the subject of a pop-culture trivia game called "6 Degrees to Kevin Bacon" by which it is shown that anyone in the world can be connected to Kevin in six steps. Kevin recently transformed this game into a force for good through a non-profit website called www.sixdegrees.org.
We met Kevin at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival at a party we snuck into. Kevin got a kick out of our concept and came on board with his patented dry humor; asking if we could break a $20 and making sure his name would be spelled correctly and listed above Steve Buscemi!
Some video of Kevin is included midway through the Sundance clip, and will be in our documentary. Any of our producers can also be in our documentary by submitting video (and be 1 degree to Bacon!).
