Roland Emmerich is a director and producer of such blockbusters as Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow, and The 1 Second Film. Bill Pullman, who played the President in Independence Day, is joining Emmerich again to produce The 1 Second Film, the biggest shortest blockbuster ever made.
