The "1-Second Film" tour—a 10,000-mile journey across the country to promote the making of "the world's biggest shortest film" as a fund- and awareness-raiser for the Global Fund for Women, will stop at the University of Baltimore campus on Monday, Oct. 22.
The 1 Second Film's Road to Oprah tour visits the Silk City Lounge in Philadelphia, PA.
